We have prepared a couple of simple demos for you to experience the power of CyberSafe247 for yourself.
For the general user - if you just want to try out the intuitive user interface and familiarize yourself with some of the key functions.
For the more advanced user - with the aid of logmein.com, you can experience CyberSafe247 in action from a remote desktop. This enables you to see the direct results of setting some blocking options from the CyberSafe 247 Admin.
General User Demo
Try out the CyberSafe247 user interface and explore features.
Select the ‘Customer Login’
menu link from the menu bar
above. This takes you to the
CyberSafe247 Suite login page.
To login use the following details:
Password : cybersafe247…then select ‘Login’ to proceed
You should now see the following
message. “Please click here to
login to your modem. “
select this link to proceed.
You will then see a pop-up browser
window showing the CyberSafe247
Admin screen. Enter the same
password as before, ‘cybersafe247′
Well Done! you are now logged
The last step is to explore the user
interface and familiarize yourself
with some key functions.
Advanced User Demo
See the blocking features in action from a remote desktop.
Go to www.logmein.com and login
with the following details.
Password : cybersafe247
…then select ‘Login’ to proceed
You are now logged into
remote access. Click on the green
‘Remote Control’ button.
At this stage you may see message
asking you to intsall a plugin for your
browser – choose to install the plugin
You should see a login box asking
you to enter the
“computer access code” just enter
the same password as before,
‘cybersafe247′ and click on “Login”
to continue. You should now see a
remote desktop screen.

Still can’t log in?
You may come across the following message when trying to log in.” You currently can’t access your modem, following are possible reasons :
(1) Your modem is offline, please check your settings.
(2) Your modem is not connected to Internet.
(3) You haven’t registered your modem in Cybersafe247 Service Suite.
(4) Your Cybersafe247 Service Suite subscription has expired….”
if you see this message don’t worry, it just means another user has logged
on to test CyberSafe247. Simply select “Logout” from the main menu and
try again until you are successful. If you still have trouble logging in you
should try again later.
