We are sorry to say all shipping and handling expenses of the returned product will not be covered by Cybersafe247.com Limited. We pride ourselves on great product and better customer service so if there is an issue please call us first and we’re sure we can work through any problem so we are all happy. If we can’t solve any problem we will refund in full within 10 business days after the product has been received back to us.

2. Your order number and attach your tax invoice we emailed you
3. The date of the order
